Yes you can buy both for ink jet and lazer water-slide decal white and clear paper from
Crafty Computer Paper
and their web site is http://www.craftycomputerpaper.co.uk
If you want a lazer sheet of A4 I can let you have one.

Dave beat me to it - thoroughly recommend Crafty Computer Paper.
Two examples here - in both cases the registration letters are done using their decal sheets, and if you bought any of the club decals then those are done on their paper too. (Been on my Innovator since I first did them and still solid) ...
